I received my new toy after saving for a long time...
It's a new canon XM2 camera which I will use for my vj projects as well as for the coming (now very soon)of the baby.
It really makes a huge difference from my old camera (sony TRV10E) which I've been using since 1998.
It's a 3 CCD camera with all the pro functions which is giving a very good image but still in a very portable camera.
After playing with it for a few days I can really see the extremly wide possibilities in controling every parameters. With the right settings I really get a great quality in low light environement (great for concert and vj gigs).
I shoud now take the time to learn how to really use the main functions and how to react quickly so I can use it at the maximum.
